Just tried the Halo Feathered Collection lashes from Char for the first time and I’m impressed. These lashes are so lightweight. They feel like nothing on my eyes, which is huge for someone who usually avoids falsies. The fact that they are pre-glued and have no visible band makes application quick and stress-free.
