What are the delivery methods and processing times?
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is completed, we aim to process and ship your order within 7 business days, depending on the delivery address and payment time. We offer worldwide shipping and prioritize reliable distribution services for timely delivery. Our warehouses are located in Australia and Hong Kong. How much does shipping cost, and when is shipping free?
We offer free shipping for both Australian and international orders over $100 AUD. If your order drops below $100 AUD after returns, shipping fees will apply: $10 for domestic orders within Australia and $20 for international orders.

How do I choose my delivery method and confirm my order?
During the order confirmation process, you will be prompted to select your preferred delivery method and any associated charges. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays. If the address provided is incorrect, your order may be returned, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Are there any customs duties for international orders?
For deliveries outside Australia and Hong Kong, customs may conduct random inspections and apply import duties. Any extra charges or issues caused by import/export regulations are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if my items are damaged or lost in transit?
We take every care to securely pack your items, but we are not responsible for any damages or losses during transit. If you are ordering fragile items, such as glass products, please carefully consider your delivery method.

What happens if my delivery is unsuccessful?
If the delivery service is blocked for more than 30 days because we can’t get in touch with the customer, your order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued. If we need to resend the package, additional shipping fees will apply.
