Exchange Policy

Refund policy 

 We will arrange a refund as soon as we receive the returned goods; if we do not receive the return, we cannot arrange a refund. Please note that we must inspect the returned products before returning or refunding. If we find that the conditions are not met, all returned products will not be refunded. This website is not responsible for sending the products back.

Undeliverable

If any order is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient does not sign or pay customs duties, etc., it cannot be delivered successfully, this website will contact the customer to check and arrange for re-shipment or refund of the payment.

Undeliverable or returned orders will be charged 25% of the original order shipping fee and the total amount of the goods as a processing fee for unsuccessful delivery, which will be deducted before the refund. If the customs does not return the mail, this website will not be able to refund.

If re-shipment is arranged, the customer needs to pay the re-shipment freight and 100% of the product/order total as a processing fee. In order to avoid additional unnecessary expenses, please fill in the delivery information carefully when ordering and check again.
