By purchasing and using Magic Glue, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Training and Competency: You acknowledge and confirm that the application of Magic Glue requires training and a certain level of skill. By ticking the checkbox or making a purchase, you agree that you understand the need for training and acknowledge that your successful use of Magic Glue is dependent on your level of competence. You further agree to undertake the necessary training to achieve the desired results.

Training Resources: All training tutorials for the application of Magic Glue can be accessed on TikTok through our official Magic Glue tutorial channel. Additionally, we will send the tutorials to your personal phone number or email upon request.

Application Issues: If you encounter any issues during the application of Magic Glue, such as the inability to lift an object, the appearance of white patches, or crusty and flaky results, it indicates that the product has been applied incorrectly. We do not issue any returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons and customer application errors.

Customer Support: We are dedicated to assisting you in achieving successful results with Magic Glue. If you experience any difficulties or have questions regarding the application process, we encourage you to reach out to us for assistance. We provide free 1-on-1 Zoom classes to all customers, designed to teach you how to correctly apply Magic Glue.

Hygiene, Safety and Free-shipping : For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the Magic Glue has been purchased and received. It is essential to follow proper application techniques to ensure the best results. Free shipping is available for both Australia and international customers on orders over $100 AUD. However, if an order exceeds $100 AUD and the customer chooses to return a portion of the sealed products, bringing the total below $100 AUD, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping. In such cases, a $10 shipping fee will apply for orders within Australia, and a $20 shipping fee will apply for international orders.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review and understand the most current version before using Magic Glue.

Please note that the information provided in the tutorials and the 1-on-1 Zoom classes is for guidance purposes only. Results may vary depending on individual application techniques and other factors. We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of Magic Glue. We will only refund if during the session it was not successful to lift it up.Both parties must agree it was an unsuccessful session.
