Step With the applicator, carefully extract a WISP from the tray. For best control and application, grasp a WISP from the middle-outer section.
Step Delicately position each WISP underneath the base of your natural lashes, keeping it slightly apart from the waterline.
How to Remove: No need for make remover. Gently lift the WISP from the band near your waterline.

I love these lashes from Char! The self-adhesive design makes them so easy to apply—no glue needed, which saves me so much time. The style is super wispy, lightweight, and really pretty, perfect for enhancing any makeup look. I’ve already used them for several of my transformations and they always look flawless. I tried the Halo Feathered Collection by Char Cosmetics for the first time and I’m really impressed. It did take a little bit of practice to apply since this was my first time trying halo-style lashes, but once I figured it out they were very easy to wear.
The lashes feel light and comfortable, and I like that there’s no glue or thick band. They stay in place and give a fuller look without feeling heavy. The style I tried is Dreamy Dove, which has a soft and natural glam look that works well for both daytime and evening makeup.
I also like that the collection has several styles to choose from so it’s easy to find one that fits different makeup looks. They blend well with my natural lashes and don’t look harsh or overly dramatic.
If you’re curious about halo lashes, these are a nice option to start with! Highly recommended!
